Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel & Residences

The location of the hotel was very good and easily accessible to public transport and eateries nearby. Just want to compliment the Duty Manager ( I forgot to get his name) who assisted me promptly in activating the ambulance and led the paramedics to our room to rush my husband who was in high fever and shivering violently in the room to nearby hospital.

Location and rooms and facilities were good. Didn’t use most of the facilities as was in a work trip. But room was great!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They go beyond to help us with our needs.

Location is convenient. Subway just next to hotel.
