My family and I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. It truly meets the standards of a five-star property. The children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the hotel’s location made getting around extremely convenient. All the staff members were warm and attentive, and special thanks go to Kevin at the front desk for his many helpful arrangements. Each morning, we were pleased to see the General Manager, Mr. Pauschardt, in the lobby, personally assisting guests with their needs. An excellent experience from start to finish!

The location of the hotel was very good and easily accessible to public transport and eateries nearby. Just want to compliment the Duty Manager ( I forgot to get his name) who assisted me promptly in activating the ambulance and led the paramedics to our room to rush my husband who was in high fever and shivering violently in the room to nearby hospital.
